5nine recently updated their free hyper-v manager, and added a couple new components to help us home itlab guys. 5nine: Virtualization Management, Security and Compliance. Or, if you wish to be a real man: So, I have been working with CentOS 6/6.5 for several months (it’s one of the best variants I’ve worked with in a while), and I have decided to go at it the old fashioned way and forgo zpanel (the opensource xpanel/WHM alt) and the other gui based administration tools. Afterall, Cent was crafted as being an exceptional, lightweight, net-facing server… junking it up with unnecessary resource hogs which require additional open ports seems counterproductive. Many hosting companies offer what is called a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Perl) install. I’m going to try to replicate those features and add roundcube for webmail support. for now, a few links for roundcube: Sensordrone – Multisensor Tool – Sensordrone – Sensorcon. SWEET! I’m getting one! 8GadgetPack – Gadgets for Windows 8. Bring gadgets back to your Windows 8 desktop. |
