I missed the fact that they removed QuickLaunch from Windows 7 for quite a while as I often use RocketDock, but QL still has it’s place (small screens, minimal installs…). The Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK) is a powerful set of tools for IT people to make lots of things happen with Windows 7. One of the best, and most promising is the WindowsPE boot disk. Using a WindowsPE boot disk and Microsoft’s own imagex.exe you can make a very nice windows backup image.
