Sure, I&#8217;ve tried Everything, but it is <em>so heavy<\/em> compared to Locate. Always running and for what? I know where everything recent is. Continuous indexing is not needed (in a normal single user environment). When I&#8217;m looking (like, using a program to find it &#8220;looking&#8221;), it is for old stuff.
